A workshop, by Dr. Nafees Bhambi, Preparatory Incharge was conducted on December 13,2024 in the School library for the teachers of the Preparatory section on the Capacity Building Programme on Happy Classroom. Dr. Bhambi explained that it is a transformative programme by CBSE which aimed at fostering a positive and joyful learning environment for the kids.

This initiative emphasizes the emotional well-being of students and teachers. It promotes creation of stress-free spaces for all where learning is fun, engaging and inclusive.

Dr. Bhambi trained the educators to incorporate mindfulness, empathy, and socio-emotional learning (SEL) into their teaching practices. The programme equips teachers with innovative tools and strategies to address classroom challenges and create a trustful environment strengthening the teacher-student relationships.

The initiative also highlights the importance of teacher's well-being, offering techniques to manage stress and maintain emotional balance. The resource person encourages the teachers to integrate these practices for Happy Classrooms aim to reduce anxiety, boost student engagement, and foster a culture of mutual respect and happiness.
