A workshop, by Dr. Nafees Bhambi, was conducted on November 14,2024 in the School library for the teachers of the Preparatory section on NEP 2020. The primary motive of the workshop was to upgrade the teachers with the changes that should be incorporated with their teaching-learning processes. They must align their ways of teaching as per CBSE's methodologies, strategies and practices. The resource person explained the key initiatives in a detailed manner. Besides this, she also elucidated the Holistic Progress Card, SAFAL, SQAA, Assessment in Evaluation manual, Learning Outcomes manual, Teacher Energised Resource manual and many more. She notified the facilitators to go through these important documents to enlighten themselves with the changing education policies. Moreover, Dr. Bhambi, motivated each one of them to cater to diverse learning styles, adapt to competency based assessment model for the holistic development of the students.
