Strategic Vision and Future Prospects: KVM Workshop at Jai Bhole Steel Tubes
KVM organized a vocational training program for Class XII (Science Stream) students at Jai Bhole Steel Tubes Pvt. Ltd., Ludhiana. The program began with a briefing by the Head of Department, Mr. A.K. Singh, who provided an overview of the company's history, mission, and operations. Participants then embarked on a line visit to gain a firsthand understanding of the plant's layout, machinery, and workflow.
The second day featured an in-depth plant tour, where students were introduced to the various stages of steel tube production, including cutting, pickling, leveling, rolling, and annealing. The third day focused on quality checks and the company's quality policy, highlighting the professional standards maintained at Jai Bhole Steel Tubes Pvt. Ltd., emphasizing continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and adherence to international quality standards.
The final day was dedicated to student presentations and a feedback session, where students prepared and presented their learnings and experiences from the visit. The presentations were delivered to a panel consisting of Mr. A.K. Singh, Mr. A.B. Singh, Mr. Sanjay Sharma, and Mr. B.K. Gupta. The day concluded with a meeting with the Managing Director of the industry, Mr. Vibhor Maini, and Mr. Shivam Maini, who appreciated the students' efforts and offered insights into the company's strategic vision and future prospects.
