The "Effective Adaptive Learning" workshop, held today at Kundan Vidya Mandir, Civil Lines was an enlightening and transformative event aimed at enhancing educational methodologies through adaptive learning techniques. The workshop was facilitated by Dr. T. P. Sasikumar, an esteemed educator and a true leader in the field of adaptive learning and pedagogical innovation.

The school Principal Mr. A P Sharma formally welcomed the resource person and the workshop began with lighting the ceremonial lamp. Mrs. Yogesh Jadli, the principal of Kundan International, Chandigarh along with two teachers also attended the workshop.
Dr. T. P. Sasikumar, a well-regarded speaker and workshop facilitator in national and international forums with his extensive experience in educational psychology and adaptive learning technologies, brought a wealth of knowledge to the workshop. He believes in a physically, emotionally, intellectually, socially and spiritually balanced life. He provided simple yet effective tips to make teaching and learning an enjoyment. He focused on 3 parameters of performance - attitude, opportunity and skill.
Dr. Sasikumar emphasized on active participation and practical application throughout the workshop. The resource person addressed individual queries, providing tailored advice and solutions.
