Honoring Hard Work: Kundanites Excel at Annual Prize Distribution Event (Grade 9 to 12)
A dream does not become reality through magic; it takes sweat, persistence, perseverance and hard work. It was time to recognize and celebrate the outstanding achievements of Kundanites Keeping alive the traditions of excellence and awarding the high achievers in the fields of academics and co-curricular activities, the Annual Prize Distribution function of the school was held in Kundan Vidya Mandir Sr. Sec. School Ludhiana.
The school Principal Mr A.P. Sharma presided over the function. The Director of the school AVM Rajesh Isser along with the school vice Principal Mr. S. B. Chowdhry also graced the occasion.
The blessings of the almighty were invoked through the traditional lamp lighting ceremony followed by a divine Devi Vandana. While addressing the audience, the school Principal Mr A.P. Sharma lauded the tireless efforts of award winners and apprised the audience of new initiatives taken by the school to empower the students.
As many as 450 children received prizes in various categories including award of excellence, and overall toppers.
The fusion of classical dance forms mesmerized the audience.
The highlight of the Prize Distribution ceremony was the ‘Best category’ which included the best debater, the best artist, the best dancer, the
Best singer, the best master chef, best speaker, and the best house.
The motivational song presented by the school choir filled the audience with zeal and fervour.
The Director, AVM Rajesh Isser, congratulated the prize winners and admired the efforts of the children, their parents and teachers.
A vote of thanks was proposed by Mriganka V. Sharma, a prize winner of class 11.
