The Inter-School Reena-Simmi Memorial Declaration Contest was held at Kundan Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary School in Ludhiana, organized annually in memory of alumni Reena and Simmi. The event featured 62 students from 31 schools from Ludhiana competing in Hindi and English contests. The topics included India banam Bharat, Sanatan hi Shashvat, Social media - yuva Shakti ki paathshsla, Summit not war is the solution, Leaving green fields for greener pastures, Hatred cannot be conquered by hatred only by love, and You Can't Control the Wind, But You Can control the sails. The participants' views were so eloquent that the panel of judges had a hard time deciding the best. All the participants were awarded certificates and the winners were felicitated with trophies.
