Chandaryaan 3 with Space India
Kundan Vidya Mandir, Civil Lines Ludhiana organised a phenomenal event related to Chandaryaan 3 in collaboration with SPACE INDIA. The event aims to inculcate the scientific temperament, build capacity and make astronomy and space science education and experience easily accessible to the school students in compliance with NEP.
The students of classes 8-12 from KVM and 80 schools from all over Punjab attended the event.
The school Principal Mr AP Sharma formally welcomed and addressed the gathering.
Dr Mamta Chauhan, Scientist, Geosciences Department ISRO, was the spokesperson . She apprised the students of various space exploration programmes. She elaborated the ambitious leap towards the uncharted wonders of the Moon, India embarking on its third lunar exploration mission: Chandrayaan-3, a celestial endeavor which aims to unveil mysteries and expand the frontiers of human knowledge, bolstered by cutting-edge technology and the indomitable spirit of scientific exploration.
Children also had a wonderful experience of witnessing the rocket being launched and other astronomical experiences.
It was indeed an enlightening , informative and interactive session wherein students got an opportunity to satisfy their inquisitiveness and curiosity.
