National nutrition week is being celebrated in the middle section.Sprouts, often overlooked in our daily diets, hold a significant place in the realm of nutrition and health. These tiny powerhouses of nutrients are packed with vitamins, minerals, and other essential compounds that contribute to overall well-being.Middle Section under the guidance of Ms Komal Arora is celebrating this week by bringing different nutritious items everyday. Students brought sprout chaat on Monday and relished it during the breakfast time.
