To commemorate 3 years of the launch of the New Education Policy in July, 2020, Kundan Vidya Mandir Sr. Sec. School held a Press Conference to showcase the initiatives taken by the school for implementing NEP 2020.

The school Principal and Director Academics, Mr. A. P. Sharma addressed the media personnel and informed them of how KVM has been the leading force in implementing the revolutionary steps underlined in the New Education Policy.

Mr. Sharma stated that NEP 2020 emphasises education as the tool for achieving social equality to promote National Development. Along with adoption of 5+3+3+4 formula for classes, KVM is now emphasising on skill development.

As part of making students aware of their local traditions, customs and languages, Kundan Vidya Mandir launched “My Punjab 2041- Saada Punjab Pyaara Punjab” Project. Awareness Rally was taken out, tableaus were made and even a Daadi NAani Di Rasoi was organised to make students aware of the rich cultural heritage of Punjab.
