30 students of class XII,of Food production department concluded their 15 days Internship at PCTE in Kitchens, Bakery and Restaurant Service under the guidance of their teacher Chef Ashish Mehta and Dean PCTE Chef Anibarn
The training was aimed at giving them hands on experience of the Hospitality industry.
Children learnt about various Regional as well international cuisines and bakery products.
Overall it was an excellent learning experience for the students.
