"Donate blood and be the reason for someone's existence"

In the memory of its founder,Late Shri Kundan Lalji, the Prefectorial Board of Kundan Vidya Mandir Sr. Secondary School organized a Blood Donation Camp today in the school premises. The camp was organized in association with Dayanand Medical College and Hospital Ludhiana.Dr.Sandeep Puri, Principal of DMC&H was the Chief Guest. A team of expert doctors from DMC carried out the clinical activities for the camp.More than 200 people chipped in to this noble cause and donated their blood.

In order to encourage people and to make them aware of the benefits of donating blood, the students of the Middle Section of the school presented a Nukkad Natak on 'Donate Blood' in the school premises and at The Pavilion Mall. All the people who donated their blood  were given the certificates.

The donors' wards will be awarded with "Persuasion Certificates"by the School Principal Mr A.P.Sharma in the school assembly to appreciate the Kundanites who have successfully persuaded their parents to donate blood.

The Chief Guest and the School Principal appreciated the students of Prefectorial Board for their excellent organizational skills and hoped that in future also they will keep up the good work and render a great service to the society.
