The workshop on Art of Living conducted by Mr Sanchit Jain enlightened the teachers about the importance of yoga and meditation, he mentioned that meditation is a form of prayer itself.
The prime focus is to be happy by the end of the day and following daily schedule, if energy level is low we won't feel good but if energy level is high we will feel elated always. He also mentioned how one can effectibely tackle the challenges of life by mastering over once emotions like anger aggression anxiety fear jealousyets. Develop positive attitude towards meditation and achieve success in our life, he said his valuable experience about gaining self confidence through yoga and meditation.
