Our school hosted a captivating lecture on leadership skills on November 8, 2024, featuring esteemed alumnus and member Shri Kundan Lal Trust, Mr. Kapil Gupta. The successful entrepreneur and motivational speaker addressed a packed audience of students of class 11 & 12,and faculty, sharing valuable insights on the topic "Leadership is a Learned Skill."

Mr. Gupta emphasized that leadership is not inherent, but rather a skill that can be developed by anyone, regardless of background or personality. He defined a leader as someone who influences, motivates, and inspires others to work toward a common goal.

Highlighting key attributes of effective leaders, Mr. Gupta stressed the importance of integrity, empathy, resilience, and effective communication. He encouraged students to focus on these qualities, which not only strengthen leadership skills but also foster personal growth.
