A Fun Learning Experience
Tearing is a fine motor skill that requires some practice when a child tears a piece of paper; he improves his hand strength and endurance in the small muscles. This week Tearing and Pasting Activity was conducted in classes I and II. Children tore multicoloured paper into small pieces and pasted them in the black and white outline of a peacock. The students were delighted to perform this activity with zeal and enthusiasm as they got the chance to incorporate their imaginative skills.
In the Abacus Club, the children of Classes I and II enjoyed learning about the tricks to count numbers on their specific tools given by the respective teachers. The students were made familiar with the importance of beads and how to use them while counting.
This club provides a valuable opportunity for students to enhance their math skills and cognitive abilities in an interactive and supportive environment.
