On July 13, 2025, students of Kundan Vidya Mandir Middle section interviewed Mr. Rakesh Prashar, the senior deputy Mayor of Ludhiana, as part of the Jagruk Neta project. The event aimed to connect students with influential community leaders. Mr. Prashar highlighted the importance of transparency in governance and shared initiatives for economic growth and social welfare. The students engaged actively, asking insightful questions about his vision for the city and youth participation. This experience inspired them to consider their roles as future leaders, reinforcing the significance of civic engagement and connection with local governance.
