To re-energize the staff members after the vacation and to empower them with more effective methods of teaching a workshop was organised by Kundan Vidya Mandir on July5,2025.

The workshop commenced with a warm welcome note from the principal, Mr. Pankaj Joshi, who set the tone for the event with his inspiring words. He expressed appreciation for the staff members' dedication and motivated them to strive for excellence, pushing boundaries to reach new heights. The resource person, Dr. A Senthil Kumaran, Chief Confluencer and Co-Founder of The Learners Confluence, a mentor and a guide to endless educators, brought valuable insights and practical approaches to the table. He emphasized on adopting innovative academic practices that foster dynamic and more engaging learning environments. A significant shift from people driven to system driven approaches was encouraged to ensure consistency, efficiency and scalability in operations. The workshop not only offered hands-on strategies but also inspired a renewed sense of purpose and commitment among the staff.
