Keeping this sentiment in mind, a workshop on ‘DIFFERENTIAL AND ACTIVITY BASED LEARNING’ was organised for Foundational Years and Preparatory Stage Facilitators. The resource person threw light on toy based pedagogy and differential learning with the use of different activities such as Hot seat, Card association, Recjoin , Grid intersection, Board race in addition to few more activities where the facilitators participated dynamically. The emphasis was laid on ‘Jaadui Pitara’ which has been developed as an exemplar of content by the Government of India needed for foundational years. The finest part of the workshop was experiential learning and hands-on session. This proved to be valuable for the staff members as they found it to be a phenomenal course with abundant ideas for active methodology. The workshop was facilitated by worthy Vice-Principal Ms.Sonia Verma and Preparatory In-charge Ms.Nafees Bhambi.
