An awareness programme for students regarding the first aid, CPR and traffic rules was organized at Kundan Vidya Mandir, Civil Lines on February 07, 2019 wherein the students of the Middle Section and those from other schools were present. The programme had been organized by 'Yuwa', an NGO. The students were sensitized and guided about the traffic rules and road accidents by dignitaries like the Chief Judicial Magistrate Dr. Gurpreet Kaur, ACP Traffic, the chief editor of a daily newspaper, renowned Paediatrician Dr Kamal Arora and an eminent lawyer. The procedure of CPR was demonstrated and the students also had a chance to perform it practically. At the end, the students pledged to follow traffic rules strictly and spread the word amongst others also.
