A workshop for the Senior Section Prefects' council was organised in the Computer Centre .The workshop was led by the Vice Principal Mrs.Sonia Verma on Effective Communication for student leaders. The powerful activity based workshop was focussed on concise confident and clear communication.The barriers faced while giving and taking of instructions ,orders or commands were listed . The activities were used to identify the barriers and ways to resolve those barriers. The students learnt the art of communicating effectively .The action packed workshop was focussed on driving home the learning without any formal teaching.Being polite, empathising and being respectful were stressed.It was interactive, participative and joyful learning. The case study was based on communicating to avoid aggression in team.The children were happy and grateful and the resource person was satisfied.
