Dr. Nafees Bhambi, Preparatory incharge, KVM conducted a CBSE Capacity Building Programme on NCF- Foundational Stage at Cambridge Coed School , Jalandhar on 24th June, 2024.

The eight hours session intended to equip the educators in their professional enrichment and incorporated activity based learning in accordance with guidelines of NCF to develop strong base for foundational numeracy and literacy.
Activities were aligned with NCF-2022, which covered not only language domains but also social, emotional, cognitive, aesthetic and cultural development through engaging tasks like paper ball, pocket activity, class affirmation and circle hour.
The main emphasis eas on Kinophonics and Kinolearning with the objective of using and re-using existing resources in hand.
Various handouts and informative PPTs were shared to elucidate the challenging areas.
The teachers were acquainted with mission NIPUN - National Initiative for Proficiency in Reading with understanding and Numeracy along with NISHTHA-National Initiative for School Heads, Teachers' Holistic Advancement.
The insightful session proved to be a valuable learning platform for 55 participants across the region, epitomising the transformative power of education to prepare the students on the basis of new changes implemented by CBSE.
