A Creative Innovative Learning Workshop conducted at Kundan Vidya Mandir, Civil Lines was an informative event designed to enhance the classroom teaching through learning innovative techniques. The resource person was Dr T.P. Sasikumar a distinguished educator and pioneer in adapting learning and pedagogical innovation. The school principal Mr A.P. Sharma along with all the section heads welcomed the resource person. The workshop commenced with evocating the blessings of Goddess Saraswati with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp.

Dr.T.P. Sashikumar, a renowned speaker and facilitator at both National and international forums brought various extensive activities in conducting this workshop like teaching a Mathematical concept and names of different states, countries and Capitals through songs picturization and teaching through real life situations etc. The resource person advocated for a full well- rounded life encompassing physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual development of the students. The teachers also were advised to bring out the best out of children by teaching them how to analyze, observe, classify, judge, criticize and compare the things. He also solved various queries of the educators in the Q/Ans session. Tips to prepare the future generation on how to develop in critical thinking, data analysis and in short educational practices were also given.
