Skill Education focus on imparting practical skills applicable to real world situations. It help the students to develop competencies in communication, problem solving, decision making, leadership and so on. In Middle Section Skill Education holds a pivotal place in the curriculum.

Various activities were conducted in the skill period today. The photography skill provided foundational understanding of the photography fundamentals. The baking skill introduced the students to the important skills of a baker. In the Food Preservation skill the students used mango puree to make refreshing drinks. In Design Thinking and Innovation skill students were explained the meaning of design thinking and it’s five steps. The students were then told to find out various innovative ways to depict various steps using paper and scissors. In the skill of embroidery the students were taught to thread the needle, to put a knot & to do ‘ kutcha’ stitch on a piece of handkerchief . Indeed it was a great learning experience for the students.
