An Inter-House Tossing and Topping challenge was organized by the Junior Humanities Forum on 29th November. The objective of the contest was to inculcate healthy food habits and awareness regarding the choice of food among the students. The participants’ creativity was revealed through the attractive designs and the enchanting patterns formed with different mouthwatering salads.

The participants explained the specialty of their salad and also the importance of including salad in our regular diet for maintaining good health and keeping diseases at home. The main focus of the contest was not only the preparation of salads but also upon their artistic presentation, .Equal emphasize was on the hygienic considerations which was to be kept in view while preparing and dressing the final product. The judge, Mr. Ashish Mehta and the Incharge Middle Section applauded the efforts of the students.
