"You cannot dream of becoming something you do not know about. You have to learn to dream big. Education exposes you to what the world has to offer and possibilities open to you.  Orientation and Career Counseling Programmes for the students are crucial to help them make informed decisions about their future.

Kundan Vidya Mandir Sr Sec school Ludhiana organised an orientation programme for the students of class 10 today.

The school Principal Mr AP Sharma was the resource person for the orientation programme and Mr Jatin Chawla, a renowned psychologist and career Counselor apprised the audience of the various career options available with all subject combinations.

 Mr AP Sharma administered Panch Pran pledge to the audience and acquainted them about KVM Edge classes and  it's objectives . He also mentioned about the KVM

Edge library where books for competitive exams of all subjects are available and students can stay back after the school and study.

Mr Jatin Chawla informed the students about various  career options available for students across all streams within India. He emphasised upon the need to discover oneself and asking questions such as what, why, when, where and how. Various offbeat careers booming in the present times were also highlighted such as- certified fraud examiner, design computational biology, digital drug designing PAL- professor assisted Learning by IIT professors. etc .Mr Chawla provided information on various courses available within India and abroad offering free education such as Germany, Switzerland to name a few. The session was  engaging and informative and the parents were able to get clarity on their questions related to specific careers.
