ASTRONOMY SESSION

“Somewhere something incredible is waiting to be known!”

Kundan VidyaMandir Senior Secondary School organized the Astronomy Session for the students from classes 3 to 10 on October 17, 2022. The initial session of the astronomy explained the students that our purpose of life is to explore more and quench our thirst to understanding the mysterious students. The primary section was shown a documentary on the magic of light. A story made clearer about the speed and the properties of light. The understanding of different types of objects like the translucent, opaque and transparent were shown and discussed. The primary wing enjoyed the activities of shadow matching, colour cube and the mix and match. The senior students had gone through the documentary on The Universe in a nutshell by Michio Kaku. The Solar Observation activity was performed in the ground through a direct and the indirect method. KVM promises to provide such fruitful and fun loving sessions in the future and let the budding Astronomers grow.
