KUNDAN VIDYA MANDIR PREFECTORIAL HOLDS 1ST PARLIAMENTARY SESSION
The Prefectorial Parliament, dedicated to Truth, Love and Efficiency and committed to make decisions in the best interest of its alma mater was held on 24 September 2022 in the school auditorium. The arms of the Parliament were Speaker Vamika Mittal, Deputy Speaker Manasvi Singh, IEC led by Iron Eagle Chief Mehtab Arora, Leaders of House Head Boy Kanav Sood , Head Girl Pranika Jain , prefects of classes 11,12 ,8 and 5. The Prefectorial Board, Mr,A.P.Sharma, the Principal, Mrs.Sonia Verma, Vice Principal and Mrs.Komal,Middle Section Incharge formed the supervising body.
The one hour long session was presided by Vamika Mittal, the Speaker KVM. The Speaker was the chair to be addressed during the entire session, which was conducted on Parliamentary lines.
The House opened with the opening speeches of Vice Head Girl Ananya Vasudeva, City Campus Head Boy Akshat Sharma, Primary Head Girl Kayna, School Sports Captain Ankit Pal, Primary City Campus Head Girl Driti and Middle Section Head Boy Daiwik Dhir.
The speeches, on the whole, conveyed the duties that have been fulfilled, challenges that the council is facing with their reasons and the growing excellence of school in every field.
After the opening speeches, Mr. A. P.Sharma, The Principal addressed the House on its first session. After listening to the opening speeches, he congratulated the House and further added that we must not only be the best in our eyes, but we must fulfil our duties to such an extent that it is the best in everybody’s eyes.
The second round formed the Question Round. Various questions were taken up from list of questions and answered by posts which were based on the report of their work and asking for the solution to minute problems arising in its fulfillment.
