Under his able guidance a workshop for the teachers was organised to help them learn and understand the techniques of lesson planning.
The resource person of the workshop was Mr. M.P Sharma founder and lead resource of VOC- 'voice of choice' a Govt.registeted enterprise which helps teachers on planning their curriculum according to the ENGAGE Model Lesson Plans.
The workshop was a great success in making the teachers realize the importance of CBE lesson plan making for the benefit of each child, as it focuses on meta learning and helps children in analysis of the content using different pedagogies.
