Music is the greatest communication in the world. Even if the people don’t understand the language that you’re singing in, they still know good music when they hear it. To promote singing talents in the school, an Intra Class Solo Song Competition was organized for the children of Primary Section. The students were eager to participate in the competition. Hence, a large number of students turned up for the competition. The participants were judged on their melody, rhythm, synchronization and general impression. It was a tough contest and even the judges found it difficult to decide the winners. They were impressed with the confidence, the tonal quality and the fervour with which they sang the songs. The melodious songs pulled the heartstrings of the audience. Each class showed their mastery over voice modulation, pitch, rhythm and tone. The children showcased a sense of pride, self-esteem and self-confidence as a result of the competition.
